The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire has urged residents of Alimoso to show appreciation to the Federal Government by casting their votes for all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the coming general elections.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire spoke in Akowonjo on Monday, 30 January, 2023, at the commissioning of the Alimoso Passport Front Desk Office.
While acknowledging the good gesture of citing the project in Alimoso by the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Interior and the Nigerian Immigration Service championed by the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, she stated that Alimoso Federal Constituency has been enjoying the presence of Federal Government in its domain.
“The only we can appreciate the efforts of the Federal Government in Alimoso is by voting massively for all the candidates of the APC in the coming general elections, particularly our Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and all APC Candidates in Alimoso Federal Constituency,” she said.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire commended Ogbeni Aregbesola for ensuring that the project is cited in Alimoso, praising him for his efforts in ensuring the development and growth of Alimoso Federal Constituency.
According to the Presidential Aide, Alimoso deserves attention it’s getting from the Federal Government. “It’s arguably the biggest local government in Nigeria bigger in population than some states in Nigeria. Alimoso is a state within a state,” she said.
She reminded the residents that the party’s candidates can only win the coming elections by not only collecting their PVCs, but they must also come out massively to vote for the candidates of the party.
“We must vote to win, and we will vote and win. Please ensure that you come out in large numbers and cast your votes for the candidates of our party.
“Mobilise your friends, your associates, your husbands, your wives, your customers and all to vote for our candidates,” she said
