State House of Assembly candidates in all six southwest states on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) have adopted the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, reports thegazellenews.com
Addressing a press conference in Ikeja on Thursday, 23 February, 2023, the group covering all the six southwest states stated that they will support and vote for Tinubu in Saturday, 25 February, 2023 during the Presidential Election.
Speaking through their spokesman, Arulogun Adebayo Taofeek, SDP candidate for Ikorodu State Constituency I, the group described Tinubu as a progressive democrat worthy of emulation by all budding politicians.
“We observed at a close range his energetic campaign through the nooks, corners and crannies of the country. His message of Renewed Hope reverberated with all and sundry,” he said.
Arulogun thus urged supporters of him and his colleagues to come out and vote massively for the APC candidate in the Saturday, 25 February, 2023, Presidential Election.
