The Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has confirmed that its former Chairman Ibrahim Yaro Suleiman, is dead after a protracted illness.
The state Publicity Secretary of the party, Abraham Catoh, confirmed the demise of the politician in a condolence message signed and made available to newsmen on Friday, May 26,2023.
The statement, which commiserated with the deceased’s family, added that the entire State Executive Committee led by the chairman, Felix Hassan Hyat, sympathised with the immediate family of its first Chairman in the state.
The statement described the late former PDP chairman as an astute politician and elder statesman of immense value to the state, just as it also praised his contribution to the growth of the party across the state while he was alive, saying that his contribution would never be forgotten.
