Bariga Local Council Development Area of Lagos State will get another slot in the state cabinet, the state Governor has assured.
The Gazelle News.com reports that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance in Bariga on Friday, 14 February, 2020.
He was in the council area to commission network of roads and other projects by the council Chairman, Kolade Alabi.
The Gazelle News.com can also report that the Lagos State Governor commissioned 11 roads, three blocks of classrooms and a modern health centre.
He was so impressed by the quality of the projects commissioned that he promised that a Special Adviser would be appointed from the council area as a reward for the impressive performance of the council Chairman.
The Gazelle News.com reports further that Sanwo-Olu urged other council chairmen to emulate the Bariga LCDA boss and ensure that their social programmes and capital projects must address the welfare of the people.
