The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, reports thegazellenews.com. Justice Okoro reading the lead judgment, ruled against the appellants on all issues raised. The Apex dismissed all the issues raised by Aitku and PDP while upholding the ruling of the Appeal Court which confirmed the election of the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The Supreme Court has told Atiku Abubakar and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) cannot call in additional witnesses after filing their briefs under the 21 day ultimatum for doing so. Justice Okoro reading the lead judgment stated that the petitioners must file list of their witnesses alongside their petition within the 21-day time limit.
