The Minister of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, has written a letter to to Head of Service of the Federation, Folasade Yemi-Esan, accusing the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ibrahim Lamuwa, for sexually harassing a female staff member of the ministry.
