Many travellers on the night of Friday, 25 October, 2024 escaped death in an accident that occurred along Otamakun road in Ogbnomso, thegazellenews.com reports. It was gathered that the travellers were injured when their bus coming from Lagos ran into the collapsed bridge at Osuru, along Otamokun road. The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project(SERAP), has sued the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, for failing to investigate allegations of electoral offences committed during the 2023 general elections.
