Indonesian lawmakers, on Tuesday, 6 December, 2022, passed a sweeping new criminal code that will ban sex outside marriage. The new code is a part of a tranche of changes that critics say threaten human rights and freedoms in the Southeast Asian country. Four suspected yahoo boys have died of drug overdose along the Nasco Egei Road of Biogbolo community in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. A community in Ogun State has been reportedly thrown into mourning after a family of six was discovered dead in the early hours of Saturday. According to reports, the source of death is suspected food poisoning after a wall gecko had allegedly walked on their food.
