The Federal Government has given approval to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) to increase the fees for Nigerian passport. The 32-page passport which fee goes for N35,000 as from the beginning of next month would be issued at N50,000 while the 64-page passport with ten years validity which presently stands at N70,000 would be issued at N100,000.
