By Ademola Akanni, Abuja Seventeen new cases of coronavirus were confirmed on Friday, 10 April, 2020 by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), with both Niger and Anambra states recoding their maiden cases of the virus infection, The Gazelle News.com reports. Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has refurbished the state’s oxygen plant, over nine years after it last functioned at usable capacity. The revamped facility bolsters Kwara’s capabilities to manage Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients who may require ventilators for a lifeline. There was a fire incident at the premises of Ikeja Airport Hotel in Lagos on Thursday night. Three vehicles were affected during the outbreak which did not affect the hotel building according to reports. A Toyota coaster bus with number plate, LND133XW; a Honda civic saloon car with number plate, AKR234LZ; and a Cadillac Escalade car with an unknown registration number were affected.
