As we bid farewell to the past year and welcome a new one, I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and cooperation throughout the year.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for entrusting me with the privilege of leading our great LCDA in the past seven years.
Your faith in me is a testament to the power of community and the unwavering spirit of our citizens.
This will be the last New Year message to you as the chairman of this LCDA as I will be handling the mantle of leadership to my successor in the next few months.
However, I am confident that our LCDA will continue to thrive and grow, thanks to the foundation we have built together.
As I reflect on our journey together, I am proud to say that we have made significant progress in providing good governance and fulfilling our campaign promises.
Our achievements in terms of projects, programmes, and policies are a testament to our resolve to build a better community.
The past year has been a remarkable journey, filled with achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Despite the obstacles we faced, we remained resilient and committed to our shared vision of building a better community.
We have recorded a lot in all sectors: education, sports, infrastructural development, capacity building and youth development.
As we step into the new year, I assure you that we will continue to work tirelessly to address the pressing needs of our community, improve our infrastructure, enhance our social services, and foster a safe and secure environment for all in the remaining time of our administration.
My dear people, I urge you to remain steadfast in your commitment to our community’s progress.
Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves, our children, and generations to come.
