Fatima, one of the daughters of the Vice Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Borno State Governor, Senator Kashim Shettima, is set to tie the nuptial knot.
The bride to-be and her would-be husband, Sadiq Ibrahim Bunu will be performing their Wedding Fathia on Saturday, 30 July, 2022 at the Shehu’s Palace in Maiduguri.
The groom’s father is Arc. Ibrahim Bunu, a renowned Nigerian architect who served as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at the start of the Nigerian Fourth Republic, holding office from May 1999 until February 2001 in the cabinet of President Olusegun Obasanjo.
Also from Borno State, Bunu designed the iconic Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Towers in Abuja which remain one of the architectural masterpieces in the Nigerian capital and the country at large.
