Family and friends joined Aisha Hanan, daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari and her husband, Mohammed Turad Sha’aban in Istanbul, Turkey as they hosted a christening party for their first child.
Hannan and Mohammed welcomed their son in Turkey on Sunday, 20 March, 2022 and they have since named him Muhammad Zayd. They however picked a later date to host their close family and friends to a ceremony to officially celebrate the arrival of Baby Zayd.
The couple got married in September 2020. Hanan’s husband is the son of a former lawmaker, Mahmud Sani Sha’aban, who was a member of the House of Representatives and a friend of President Buhari.
