It was a day of joy and multiple celebrations for Ibeju Crown Prince, Hameed Adejoro Ajijola as he recently added three more feathers to his well decorated cap of honours.
The Ibeju-born Chartered Economist was on Saturday, 7 May, 2022 awarded with a Doctorate degree in Leadership and Business Administration by the Swiss Management Institute, Switzerland.
The award which was held at De Remembrandt Hotel, Lagos also saw Prince Ajijola being conferred with a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development by the Switzerland-based institute.
To make it a night of multiple honours, the
Executive Director/CEO at Hobs -COF Health Systems Limited and MD/CEO at Dependable Health Services Limited, a Health Management Organisation also mounted the podium for the third time to receive the Life-time Achievement Award of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development.
The awards are the highest professional and national recognition in the institute bestowed on a few personalities—whose corporate track records, research works and noticeable contributions to society deserves a mention, a reading and a grandeur recognition.
Crown Prince Ajijola is a public health practitioner and a seasoned organization strategist with over two decades experience.
He is among the major aspirants vying for the vacant Onibeju stool following the demise of the former monarch, Oba Salami.
Speaking on the multiple awards bestowed on him, the soft-spoken prince expressed his joy at the international recognition of his contributions to human development and the society at large but added that a greater joy lies ahead when he could have the opportunity to transform his homestead of Ibeju into an enviable cosmopolitan settlement with limitless potential to become the best in the West African region in terms of infrastructural and human capital development if he’s selected as the next Onibeju of Ibeju.
