The Lagos State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended its warm felicitations to Muslims across the state and beyond on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.
According to the party Chairman, Hon. (Pastor) Cornelius Ojelabi, “as we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, I urge our Muslim brothers and sisters to hold dear the lessons of Ramadan, which embody piety, self-discipline, and compassion. May these values continue to guide us all, fostering greater unity, love, and understanding among Lagosians.”
Ojelabi prayed for Allah’s blessings, seeking peace, stability, and progress for the state and nation. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean environment, respecting the state’s aesthetics, and avoiding harmful acts during the celebrations.
“The Lagos APC wishes all Muslims a happy and peaceful Sallah celebration. We look forward to continuing our work together to build a more prosperous and harmonious Lagos State,” Ojelabi said.
