Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Ghali Umar Na’aba is dead, reports thegazellenews.com
The ex-Reps Speaker died early this morning, Wednesday, 27 December, 2023, at an Abuja hospital after a brief illness.
He was aged 65.
Na’aba was the House of Representatives Speaker from 1999 to 2003. He became Speaker after the resignation of Salisu Buhari over certificate forgery scandal.
He served only one term as an House of Representatives member.
