The founder of INRI Evangelical Church, Primate Ayodele Elijah has announced the plans to build a mosque for Muslims.
According to him, in the mosque he intends to build, there would not be collection of offerings.
Primate Ayodele said this while revealing God’s revelation for the New Year in his church located at Oke Afa Area of Ejigbo on Friday, 22 December, 2023 in Lagos.
Ayodele revealed that some places of worship are built primarily for profit-making purpose.
He saying one must differentiate between his property and places dedicated for the worship of God.
According to him, “In the Mosque I intend to build, there will be no collection of offering”.
According to the man of God, he had never in his life write to beg anyone for money.
”In my church, the tithes is not up to N10 million per annum whereas we have projects running into billions of naira yearly,” he said.
He said God has been there for him, adding that “the man responsible for this massive project is G O D.
“As a man of God, you must be able to differentiate your property from Church owned property. Church’s property should not be in your name, tithes collected in INRI is used to take care of the widows, orphans, less privileged in the church. The church also used the tithes to pay the aged, salaries every month and also pay for their accommodations”.
Primate Ayodele challenged anyone in doubt to visit his church on Sunday to ask the aged in the church, “I have over 250 aged I pay salary every month end.
“Many of the church leaders use church for selfish interest, which is not suppose to be so”.
In the same vein, the Founder of INRI Church also empowered two notable photo Journalists turned online publishers.
The publishers of Nationalmoment.com.ng, Kazeem Bakenne and Nationalmonitor.com.ng, Olawale Rotimi were both empowered with sum of N200,000 each.
In Nigeria, Primate Ayodele Elijah has distinguished himself from other men of God, he had continued to empower journalists at every of his events which usually hold in February, July/August and December of every year.
As he empowered journalists, his church members are not left out, he had empowered numerous members of his church with three wheels vehicle, artisans gotten tools for their works, students among them had been given scholarship to study in university while he had also paid hospital bills for those who needed surgery.
