Operatives of the Delta Police Command have arrested one Rich Otokwame aka Chinaranbo for allegedly raping a fourteen year old girl (name withheld) to coma in Oghara Community, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of state.
The suspect, who is currently in detention at the Oghara Police Division, was said to have committed the act on Sunday, 8 December, 2024.
In a text message sent to an online medium in Warri, Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the report. The message read: “Confirmed.”
