The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals, Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, has described the death of Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Chief Ademola Seriki as very shocking and devastating.
The Presidential Aide stated further that the late Diplomat has left a huge void that will be difficult to fill.
“He was a loyal member of the party and a very committed Progressive. His death is devastating and shocking but we can’t query God,” Princess Orelope-Adefulire said in her condolence released on Thursday, 15 December, 2022 via her Media Office.
The former Deputy Governor of Lagos condoled with President Muhammadu Buhari under whom the deceased was serving as Ambassador to Spain until his death; the Presidential Candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the leadership of the party; the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC) and in particular, immediate family members of the deceased.
“This is huge loss and I pray that God gives all of us particularly his family members, the fortitude to bear the great loss.
“I pray that Almighty Allah grants him al-Jannah Firdaous and gives him eternal rest,” she said.
