As the bid and interest of aspirants interested in the seat of the President of the Republic of Nigeria in 2023 intensifies, numerous support groups and organizations have emerged clamoring support for and calling on the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to come out and contest for the Presidential seat of the country, reports The Gazelle News.com.
The latest of such group is the Diaspora Alliance for Tinubu Organisation (DATO).
The group led b Prince Lukman Ajasa-Oluwa, has commenced mobilisation and creating awareness not only in Nigeria but also all over the world to support the Presidential aspiration of the former Governor of Lagos State.
“Thus, we’ve put in place programmes aimed at creating awareness and mobilising support for the aspiration of Asiwaju Tinubu,” Ajasa-Oluwa said.
According to him, the awareness and mobilisation programme would take leaders and members of the group round all the states of the Federation.
“Going by his superlative performance as Governor of Lagos State, and his policy of developmental politics he is playing all over the country, we are convinced that he is the best man for the job,” Ajasa-Oluwa said.
