The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno has dissolved the state cabinet, reports thegazellenews.com
The dissolution of the cabinet was announced via statement on Friday, 10 January, 2025, by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah.
No reason was given for the sudden dissolution of the cabinet by the Governor.
The statement directed all Commissiners and Special Advisers to hand over to their Permanent Secretaries and most Senior Directors where there is no PS.
