The father of controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, is dead.
The deceased, Kunle Okuneye, died on Monday morning, 14 August, 2023, and has been buried 4pm according to Islamic rites.
Bobrisky announced the demise of his father on her Instagram page.
The crossdresser confirmed the death of his dad via his social media page . He wrote, “Guys, I lost my dad dis morning.”
Bobrisky lost his mum during the 2008 Hajj in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
One of the sons of the deceased, Debola Okunneye, known as Last Born, also confirmed the news.
Last Born is the Secretary of the Beach Nigeria Enterprises, a car hire service situated at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, where the late Okunneye worked as one of its directors.
