President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had few hours to relax after returning to Abuja from Lagos. The President landed in Abuja few hours earlier after spending the whole of the Christmas holiday and week after in Lagos.
Present at the signing ceremony we’re: the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio; the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Tajudeen Abbas; and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriation, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola.
Others were: the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun; the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu; the National Security Advised, Nuhu Ribadu; the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; and the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje.
