The President landed in Abuja few hours earlier after spending the whole of the Christmas holiday and week after in Lagos.
Present at the signing ceremony we’re: the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio; the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Tajudeen Abbas; and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriation, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola.
Others were: the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun; the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu; the National Security Advised, Nuhu Ribadu; the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; and the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje.
