As the Lockdown enters day three in the Federal Capital Territory and Lagos State, the people are already counting their losses as they call on the government to send more relief package to ease the burden that comes with the Federal Government directives.
Knowing that Government can not cater for all, the lead Visioner of Team Jandor, Mr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran has continuously stretched a hand of support to the citizens of Lagos State with the continuous distribution of food stuffs through the Jandor Food Bank Initiative.
In Lagos Island Local Government, the Jandor Food Bank was launched to assist the people, most especially the women and youths to assist for their families. In appreciation of the Good Gesture, Alhaja Aminat Bajulaiye commended the Jandor Food Bank Initiative for reaching out to the people at the time when such is needed the most, she went further to appreciate the lead visioner for the good coordination, saying “he has a heart of gold”.
Another beneficiary who spoke on behalf of the youths, Mr. Dele Animashaun, declared the youths support for team Jandor, “the youths are extremely happy and we promise to support Jandor because he remembered us at the right time”, he added.
Speaking on the successful launch of Jandor Food Bank initiative in Lagos Island Local Government Area, the project Manager of team Jandor in Lagos Central Senatorial District, Prince Lawal Akinsemoyin, described the distribution of food stuffs in the local government as a tip of the iceberg of the programs team Jandor has for the people of Lagos Island and Lagosians at Large.
Speaking further, he appreciated the lead visioner for his selfless sacrifice and commitment to the better welfare of the people.
Meanwhile, the second phase of the Jandor Food Bank Initiative was concluded at Ikosi-Ejirin LCDA, reaching out to more people at their respective streets.
