Former Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed, has condoled with the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Alhaji Mohammadu Bashir Soliu(OON) following the death of his wife, Hajia Hafsat Bashir Imam.
In his condolence message, Alhaji Ahmed offered his sympathies to Chief Imam and his family over the sad loss.
Alhaji Ahmed said Hajia Hafsat Imam was a devoted wife and loving mother who the family will sorely miss.
The former governor said that while every Muslim faithful accepts death as an inevitable divine decree, losing a loved one is always heartbreaking.
He, therefore, urged Alhaji Mohammadu Soliu to take heart and accept his wife’s passing as an act of Allah.
Alhaji Ahmed prayed that Allah forgives Alhaja Hafsat Imam and counts her among the favoured in Aljanah.
