Richard Adamu Tallen, the only son of former minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen has died. The late Richard died at the Cedar Crest Hospital Abuja where he was earlier rushed for treatment of yet to be disclosed illness.
Family sources revealed that late Richard was at the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital where he was placed on oxygen
The death of Mr. Tallen was also confirmed through a statement posted on the social media by his alma mater, Vom Old Boys’ Association (VOBA) which read in part, “On a very sad note, we regret to announce the sudden passing of our member, Mr. Richard Adamu Tallen. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord; may perpetual light shine upon him. May the soul of Richard and all departed VOBA members rest in peace. Amen.”
Late Richard was 42-year-old and was a graduate of Computer Science from a university in the United States of America. He is survived by his wife and three children.
The former Minister lost her husband and father of the deceased, John Tallen in 2017.
