Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Sulaiman Lasun Yusuf, has resigned his membership of the ruling party in the state, the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports The Gazelle News.com.
This medium learnt that the former National Lawmaker submitted his resignation letter at the party state Secretariat at Ogo Oluwa area of the state capital, Osogbo on Friday, 25 March, 2022.
Lasun has not disclosed his next line of action but there are indications that he may contest the coming gubernatorial election in the state on the platform of another party.
