Hon. Alli Adeyemi Taofeek, member of the House of Representatives representing Mushin Federal Constituency I has declared his intention to run for 2nd term in office, reports thegazellenews.com.
Honourable Alli made the declaration during an enlarged meeting of local government and all nine wards exco of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Mushin Federal Constituency I ahead of the party primary later this month.
The well-attended political gathering was presided over by the LGA Chairman, Hon. Ismail Babatunde Kareem.
Hon. Yemi Alli in the company of his campaign Field Marshal and Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Rasak Ajala, was warmly received at the venue in grand style.
Speaking at the event, he thanked all party members for their support so far, since his election as the representative of Mushin Federal Constituency I, at the National Assembly Abuja.
He further highlighted some of his achievements which have been adjudged by the constituents as unprecedented.
The Executive Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA who also doubles as Yemi Alli for 2nd term Campaign Field Marshal, Hon. Rasak Ajala, urged all party leaders in attendance to support and vote for Hon. Yemi Alli and Hon. Nureni Akinsanya (Osmak) as the candidates of the party for House of Representatives and House of Assembly respectively in 2023.
Hon. Ajala further sought the help of the LGA Chairman to commence LGA and ward meetings.
