The All Progressives Candidate for Alimosho State Constituency I into the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Luqman Olatunji Orelope has described the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa as a blessing to the Legislative Arm of the Lagos State Government.
Orelope stated this on Friday, 11 November, 2022 while speaking on the 50th birthday celebration of Rt Hon Obasa in Lagos.
According to him, “Even before now, I had at my corner studied your person – since your first emergence as the Speaker of the most active Legislative House of Assembly in Nigeria vis a vis the excellent performance of the House measuring using all parameters, I have no doubt in my mind that, you are indeed a blessing to the House that prides itself as being Above the Common Standard of Excellence.
“Mr. Speaker sir, we are not only celebrating you for attaining 50 years but also rejoicing with you on how you have been able to manage the ‘House’ and make it a role model to others.
“You have proven that, when given responsibilities one should put all his best into it. The stability of the 8th and 9th Assemblies is actually worth studying.”
