Former Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, OFR, is a gold fish that has no hiding place.
Despite doing her assigned duties diligently, silently and without complain and noise, honours continue to seek for the woman who has continued to distinguish herself in whatever roles she’s assigned to perform.
The latest honour in the well-decorated cap of the first former Lagos Lawmaker to become a Deputy Governor, is the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM) award.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire, who also shared the record of the first ex-Lagos lawmaker to bag national honour with Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, was awarded the honour by the National Productivity Center of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire is listed in the individual award category for the Year 2022 according to a release signed by Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha, Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Productivity Center.
