Former Deputy Governor of Lagos State and immediate past Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire has stated that the reign of Onigando of Igando, His Royal Majesty Lasisi Gbadamosi has brought peace, development and growth not only to Igando and entire Aworiland but also to Lagos State.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire stated this on Saturday, 19 August, 2023, in her message to the monarch to celebrate his 45th coronation anniversary.
“You’re one of the longest serving monarchs in Lagos State and one of the most revered. You have proven to be a father to all, with your wisdom and knowledge radiating the length and breadth of the entire Aworiland and Lagos State.
“Kaabiyesi, your contributions to the development and growth of the entire Aworiland and Lagos State cannot be taken for granted.
“You’ve led and still leading us meritoriously, and we will continue to drink from well of knowledge and wisdom,” the former Presidential Aide said.
Princess Orelope-Adefulire described the Igando monarch as a peace Ambassador who has been in the forefront of promoting peace and tranquility in Aworiland and Lagos State.
“On behalf of my family, I wish you a happy and fulfilled 45th coronation anniversary celebration and I pray that God continues to give you healthy life, increase your wisdom from which we will continue to draw inspiration from,” the former Lagos Deputy Governor said.
