The Chairman of Oshodi Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State, Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede has described the death of a politician and leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the local government, Hon Abiodun Oludayo as a rude shock and huge loss to the party and the community in general.
The council helmsman in his reaction on the demise of the former councilor, said Oludayo was a consistent and highly committed politician who was always on the side of his people, stressing who believed in doing good.
According to him, “I received the announcement of the death of Hon Abiodun Oludayo with rude shock and great loss having worked closely with him.He was with me few days ago and we talked extensively about the development of Oshodi, which is a testimony to his commitment to his immediate environment. He was a great politician who lived his life for his people.
“He was detribalised, who was pan-Nigerian in his approach to issues. We will surely miss his frank analysis on topical issues as well as his analytical dissection of issues.He came, he saw, he conquered. It’s my prayer that God Almighty will grant his gentle soul peaceful rest. Good night patriotic Nigerian”.
