The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Senator Adamu Abdullahi, has summoned all the state Governors elected on the platform of the party to a crucial emergency meeting in Abuja.
According to an invitation message by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Felix Morka, the meeting has been scheduled to take place on Sunday, 19 February, 2023 at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
Although reasons for the emergency meeting is not known, it may not have been unconnected to the cash crisis generated by the New Naira note policy introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the coming general elections.
